-Increased Tickets for the NLF
-Changed around the time it takes to cap various of the points (The beginning caps go faster while the latter ones take longer)
-Added more spawns for both sides at G
-Changed around cool downs for both TLs

-Reduced the respawn time for the NLF.
-Fixed an issue where no one could mark anywhere around G for fire support.
-B & C no longer lock when one is capped.
-Adjusted lock down timers.
-Adjusted time to capture objectives.
