- Made the 'is friend' check use the CPPI version instead of the addon's custom one.

- Added a 'isOwner' check when setting a damage info object's Attacker and Inflictor.

• You cannot set Attacker and Inflictor to things that CPPI does not let you touch essentially.

- Added E2Helper descriptions to functions that are missing them.

- Added e2cost() to functions so they don't cost 0.
