Circlet now has applied armor ratings!
Matched set bonus will hopefully work.

Hahaha hopefully the last one for tonight.

This should have the armor set up as a full set of light armor

Should comply with
-Well Fitted perk
-Matched Set perk


All armor should be able to smith under Steel category.
No smithing perks beyond Steel required.
