- Many build locations for ships and special structures have been expanded
- Galaxy texture retouched
- Some ship textures retouched
- Some planets relocated for greater accuracy, new trade routes added
- New planets added- Dorin, Garos IV, Bomis Koori IV, Kelada, Gravlex Med, Krant, Tibrin
- Fighter Facility available on Kelada
- Elite Academy available on Garos IV
- Droid Works available on Bomis Koori IV (Rebel, Empire)
- Minor text fixes

- New galaxy background texture
- New explosion particles

- Minimalist gamescoring script added to (hopefully) reduce save corruption risk in long GCs (credits: Evillbobthebob)
- PGTaskforce edited to space out AI attacks- should NOT break saves
- AI build scripts tweaked

-Fixed death clones for Diamond Cruiser and Vainglorious cruiser
-Fixed issue that was causing the Underworld AI not to advance its tech level on From the Ground Up- (May require new GC to take effect)
-Fixed Z-layer offset on certain ships that were spawning too high to be used easily in tactical mode (Kandosii, Implacable)
-Other minor tweaks and fixes
