Issues with mod list uploading a fresh build in a attempt to fix it

Further attemps to balance stam use on bows. Seems the base system doubles all the stamina drain for bow attaks.

Stamina Drain on First light attack should now be 6 instead of 10.

changed stamina drain to test if it works

Changed the Damage and armor pen values of Most arrows
