V4.5:

-H2 warning now needs hydrogen value to be above 0 (so, when with creative tools enabled it won't show up all the time -caution- other warnings like open helmet or low oxygen that normally shows with the h2 symbol wont show while the jetpack is enabled)

- Added 'very low H2 warnings' like the O2 one (big H2 symbol on the screen when you have no bottles, jetpack is ON and your hydrogen is bellow 15%);
- Fixed the 'red jetpack' not having a background;
- Fixed 'open helmet with no breathable air' not with the correct value (you could still breathe when it was showing sometimes).

Should have fixed the gravity/aceleration indicator for non 16:9 displays by not scaling that part of the HUD
