V.3 - limited maximum production of oil rig to one per player. This is to balance multiplayer games in which there were SIGNIFICANT levels of spamming the oil rig.

I am sorry about that everyone :3 if I get enough requests, I may end up branching the mod. One as a singleplayer version, and the other as multiplayer!

V.2
Added Oil Wells versions A, B, C, and an Oil Derrick
Hopefully added a working 1x1 bandit base
Nerfed the Oil Rig from 2.0 bonus to a 1.66 to try to balance out the fact that you're not paying maintenance on the the water lots, unlike in the Grain. Still a bit OP, but more balanced
