Now requires UI Overhaul or similar mod.

Additions:
- Cybrex mining hub now gives +200% bonus to space mining
- AI will build defense platforms on shipyards and anchorages, not just fortresses and detection arrays.
- Detection Arrays limited to 6 per starbase
- Detection Arrays give +2 Physics Research with the Astral Studies Network resolution
- Dark Matter Detector gives +8 cloaking detection

Tweaks:
- Stellar Fortifications now give bonuses to hull and armor hardening, no longer gives bonuses to shields

Bug Fixes:
- Tier 4 orbital rings can now properly build titan and colossus ship yards
- Sabotage starbase can destroy the new buildings and modules (except Naval Yard)

Removals:
- Grasp the Void no longer gives bonuses to starbase upgrade cost and speed
