fixed my derp of not removing the sanity boost when the magilum is at 0%(wow it happened twice).
made show me actually say the speed and sanity buffs correctly at all times.

made the magilum behave like a miner hat or lantern(turns off at 0 percent, turns on again when refueled ect).
