High Command requests that a new version, V0.25, be extradited to the frontlines. This hotfix will hopefully fix portrait issued brought on by special characters being used in portrait files, and as a special goodie. Also adds in new Canadian Commanders as well as the updated version of the French Generals mod which brings even MORE French commanders into the fray!

High Command informs that in v0.21 that certain commanders with particularly long names have been shorthanded or abbrevated to better fit in line with other commander names and to actual fit within the confines of their textfields in-game!
