High Command allows for the release of General Staffing V0.255 for compatability with the new 1.5.2 Patch!

High Command requests that a new version, V0.25, be extradited to the frontlines. This hotfix will hopefully fix portrait issued brought on by special characters being used in portrait files, and as a special goodie. Also adds in new Canadian Commanders as well as the updated version of the French Generals mod which brings even MORE French commanders into the fray!
