Fixed suppressor attachment on single SMG not being at the end of the barrel

Fixed errors on the short and long scope attachments. This was due to how TFA handles the functions changed

Workshop icon update to be a little different from Pillars stuff and so people can see easier that its TFA

Fixed a confliction bug with the Halo 3 rocket launcher from Pillars SWEPs

Changes:

• Changed weapon names to the actual weapon name by Halo lore
  
• Also changed the ammo type displayed in the C menu to match the lore ammo
  
• Everything is all in once place now! Thanks guys name I can’t remember on the TFA discord for that program
  
• Added a load more attachments to every weapon aside from the rocket launcher (if anyone has some more ideas for attachments, just say, we can add if possible)
  
• Further improvements to the Dual SMG firing animations
  
• Moved around some inspect locations for some of the weapons
  
• Added a small screen over where the ammo counter is on the BR in the world model, for me it’s missing texture, and I’m not the best at Blender so it’s covered over unless there is a better

Added attachments to both SMG and Duel SMG.

Gave the SMGs a small buff and upped the damage to 16.

Slightly fixed the ammo HUD for the Duel SMGs, needs further fixing but its fine for now

Fixed the Rocket Launcher saying it was "Sniper Rifle" type, now should just say "Rocket Launcher"
