  • Fixed issue: the "on building orbital station events" did not happen. (e.g. counter of Miner Mandate)
  • Fixed issue: the factions who try to destroy all orbital stations (like Prethoryn) induced to stay in the stellar systems with colonized planet. Because the stations were re-built in those systems.
    • Current: the stations are not re-built in the system without starbase
