Renamed the arms arc. hopefull that will show the template like it did the torso .

So torso is working now but arms are not showin up

Added full armour to the Male characters testing it out.
- No normal maps adding that later only diff and spec

Swapr UDK file with the new one lets see what that dooo if the names change then i did something right
