All new items have been added to Arena drop tables.

Fixes:
All shields have been upped from 1.5 range to 2 range.
All magic weapon spells have been lowered from 15 shots from 25. (Including Magazines)
Dragon Crossbows now spawn with their correct bolts.

Fixes:
- All Staffs and Bows/Crossbows now spawn with their respective ammo.
- Fire Cape now has better inventory space than Skill Capes.
- Karil's Bolt Rack has been made bigger to be easier to pick up off the ground.
- Staffs now have more explosive range to make shots easier to hit.

Fixed drop table for Ranged Weapons on the map "Edgeville Arena" to now include the Dragon Crossbow.
