More carbonite recipe integration.
- Bins, barrels, secured storage now can be picked up by learning different carbonite recipes.
- New Ship Light with secure bracket released.
- Plans laid down for retro chiminea. As well as plans to convert carbonite candles into scones.

Secured bins are now securely in the province of being buildable. Took some while to figure out what their recipes were.

Found issues with converse.config patch - issue has since been fixed.

Attempts to overwrite Sayter's naff entries for Nightar ships with the cooler looking Derriphan have failed. It's back to writing the payload in CCCCC instead, by adding entries to replace any and all versions of Nightar ships out there.
