Added support for Saturnian namelist.
- Moving away from the old material provided by GayMonsterWhatsit as well as the Anglo-Saxon names in the original.
- Single compound names for Saturnians are now possible.

More support inbound:

- Saturnians now have a new namelist, based off the Sarasinor pattern by GayMonster....
- Fixed defective support files that would cause difficulties in spawning Saturnians or Sarasinor tenants.

A graphical bug that caused people who put on Bastila's shirt t see a black rectangle around their character has been fixed.

Some limited support for Vulpera race mod is now online - chiefly,

- Vulpera civilians, guards and philanthropist NPCs get dialogue support.
- New appearance for Vulpera guards and civilians and merchants, with all NPC groups getting new clothes.

No further decisions to continue supporting the Vulpera species beyond being a non-playable NPC race, this exists on demand from the original modder.
