Protogen race added, commissioned by my friend

some fixes and shit

- Changes on floran textures
- Sergal race
- Argonian race
- Kemono unofficial race

-A complete rework of all female animations, and a majority of male ones.
-All animations now adhere to the same sprite standard.
-All clipping has been fixed on both male and female sprite sheets.
-Fenerox support
-Saturnians changed to original looks instead of cutebound variants due preference
-Kyterran support
-Hive Wasp support
