Added Breath Protection to Advanced Jetpack

Since powercore had been renamed to fusioncell, Advanced Jetpack and Teleporter Control were not appearing in game due to recipe not being able to recognise powercore. All fixed. I should really do more proof reading!

- Removed animation.setstate("idle", true) in hovergrav.lua
- This removed the persistent sound effect when the jetpack is being worn. Other jetpacks the sound is triggered based on height from ground. Makes things less annoying.

- Fixed issue with "powercore" crafting ingredient due to clash with Frakin Universe
- Changed item name to "fusioncell"
- Changed player config to "fusioncell"
- Changed crafting recipe name and output to "fusioncell"
- Changed graphic from vanilla "moltencore" graphic to custom made "fusioncell" graphic as precautionary measure in case Frakin Universe or any other mod used the vanilla graphic.

- Added "turbine" and "fusioncell" to player config since I overlooked it (silly me! :)
