Rolled back to v1.8.1. Menu glow fix was too complicated to display correctly and eliminated universal font compatibility.

In the alternative campaign browser, made the website URL text for custom campaigns smaller so everything fits on the screen.

Added Alternate Campaign Browser, fitting ten more entries on the campaign, survival, scavenge, and versus browser tables. Specifically for 16:9 but also works on 16:10 resolutions.

Fixed problems with selecting items on the menu with the keyboard. Fixed Mutation mode not displaying mutation names. Added Download Campaign HUD Fix and Scripted Mode HUD Fix.
