Added more flexibility: now measures the usual buttons and text in the right hand corner of the TopPanel, to place the clock in the right place
Additional display options: To customise the Clock and save space in the TopPanel
Settings are now saved

Removed need to use TopPanel .xml and .lua - now works with any version of the game (might not work/have display issues with mods that change the right hand side of the TopPanel)

[fix] I was using the wrong TopPanel .xml and .lua (vanilla) - Now using BNW version
