Compatible with the expansion Holy Fury.
Added the interior of East Africa.
Added some american provinces, but these are not supposed to be playable yet.

New version:

- Added South Ethiopia, South and Central Somalia, the swahili coast, Madagascar, Zimbabwe and Mutapa.
Interior East Africa will be fone later.
- Jade dragon Interactions not done yet

Three bugfixes:

- The game doesn't crash now if Taoists click on the religion tab
- It is possible now for asian provinces to build silk road trade posts
- Units are now correctly placed inside their provinces
