Dome Of the Rock Changelog v1.01: Changes marked with an x

Asteroids:
- Colonization = yes
- Recieve:
+ 40% Habitability
+ 25% Mineral Output
+ 50% Research Output
- 50% Building Cost
- 40% Border Reduction
- 1 Food per Pop.
- 15% Governing Ethics Attraction

Galaxy Generation:
- Asteroid spawn chance reduced.

Starport:
- Starport Maintenance Increased to 12 Energy.
x Increased Spaceport Cost Removed.
- Starport Upgrade Costs increased (per level) to: 400, 500, 600, 700, 800.

Technology:
- Number of Colonies Penalty reduced to 5% from 10%
- Per Pop penalty increased to 1.3% from 1%

x Removed use of following files:
x 00_ship sizes
x 00_tile_blockers
x 00_planet_modifiers
x 00_planet_classes
