Reverted back to having only needed and accepted resources in the workbench, this makes it easier to transfer resources over.

Workbench now accepts all items for those who want to change the resources needed to build the panels.

Sorted out missing alpha channels in the icons.

Returned panel textures to original RED colour as they do not look right in game when they are black.

Repositioned the wall panel, replaced red textures with a new black texture specially for Coded Sky.

Numerous small tweaks.

Changed textures to red to tell them apart from the old mod, also made workstation look different (slightly). Also got rid of errand unused files.
