The Final(ish) version

- Replaced the optimization sucking monster hiding in the shed with a single model of a newspaper stack
- Added capture zone decals near the capture zone
- Steamed Hams pickup should now be packed in with the map, no more briefcase hams!
- Nobuild added to the lower roofs (highest roof can still take sentries)

- Added staircases to capture point
- Pile of Newspapers added in shed as to obstruct the giant sightline
- Health Packs and Ammo added to map
