Updated to ver 1.0.1 of Barbolani's Antistasi: warlords of the pacific

Many things fixed, the performance is improved, the streets don't get clogged with AI drivers, missions work, you can actually play and progress

*note: must update to 1.0.2 ASAP because that came out today
