- changed the dino detection method to account for moded dinos of the same variation. (asuming the modded dinos are child coded from the oriignals)
- changing the method also fixed the issue with not being able to cast when fishing.

- Enabled Auto harvest for Mammoth (per request)
- Turned off fleeing of Moschops. (per request)

bug fixes to include all maps dinos of the same variation
applied fix to try and help with clients that are not admin able to have this working for them.
