- Fixed a vanilla game bug where deployed barbed wire didn't work
- Fixed a vanilla game bug where barbed wire kits were non-consumable
- Fixed a vanilla game bug where deployed tank traps did not affect infantry at all (no cover, could walk through)
- Fixed a vanilla game bug where tank trap kits were non-consumable

I'll also mention that I spent serious time looking into the known save/restore missing base watchtower bug, to no avail.

- Fixed a bug that would cause supply trucks to "get stuck" and give up trying to move, even if the path cleared out. There are now redundant force-move commands if a supply truck has been on the map too long.
- Fixed a bug that would delete multiple supply trucks if somehow more than one got on the map at the same time (traffic jams, for example) and one reached its objective.
- Added a game-start hint for ordering your first supply truck.

- Various other bug fixes and minor adjustments.

Note: There is a base-game bug where barbed-wire doesn't work. This is relevant to some strategies used on Deggendorf. I would suggest using sandbags instead. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
