- The Ilkhanate now properly converts to the EU4 Ilkhanate

- Portugal and Castille Kingdom titles now have extra conditions to allow it much more likely to appear

- Any vassal holding the required duchy (Porto or Castile duchy) will trigger a condition for you to see it as well

- Re-added an old Fourth Crusade event detailing the Sack of Constantinople
- This event is only triggered by a decision that allows the Latin Empire to sack the city of world's desire
- Remove the destruction of three settlements in Constantinople from the winning CB and put them into the new decision
- The destruction of Hieron, Pempton and Deuteron will now work properly and not destroy the Barony of Constantinople instead
- You can reform the Byzantine Empire if either you or a vassal has Constantinople
- The 4000 prestige has been moved to make it easier to reform it if Constantinople has been retaken

- AI Mongols that are not Temujin himself will never become Genghis Khan
- The Sultanate of Rum now has a low chance of happening for non-Turkish characters
- The Seljuk question of whether to embrace Persian identity for the Seljuks now occurs if the Kingdom's of Persia and Khorasan are in the realm (either held by the Sultan or on of the vassals)
