- The Western Roman Empire now no longer needs to control the Italia region, instead just be Emperor of Italia and completely control the county of Rome

- The Ottoman reinforcement event now properly happens sooner with higher Martial Ottoman Sultans
- Restoring the Byzantine Empire decision can now properly be taken by the AI

- The Mongol Empire title no longer dissolves with splitting the Empire
- Mongol Empire vassals no longer separate from the title upon succession with the Unstable Nomad Game Rule is enabled

- Fixed the Rum event claims that they never got
- The capital of the new Sultanate of Rum will become Turkish and not always Ikonion whether it be controlled by Rum or not
- Ikonion may still become Turkish anyway via hidden events

China
- The Jurchen invasion of the Song Dynasty now lasts until around 1142 instead of only a few years
- The rulers of the Jurchen Jin Dynasty will now be isolationist until the middle of the 13th Century

Decisions
- The Roman Empire can now be restored if both the Western Roman and Byzantine Empires are held by a single ruler
- The Roman Renaissance and the ability to move the capital to Rome has been revised slightly so that the Western Roman Emperor can do them

Mongols
- Fixed the events to allow the Khanates to disintegrate once a non-Genghis Khan bloodline ruler inherits it
- Ilkhanate has this trigger but has an additional trigger for a child under 14 years ruling (due to the fact that it is a Feudal realm)
- The Empire of Mongolia title has been added and will replace the Mongol Empire title upon the Division of the Mongol Empire

Titles
- Added the "Western Roman Empire" as a formable title via decision for Italians
- The History of previous rulers of the Western Roman Empire has been added
- The Byzantine Empire title has been slightly amended to account for the existence of the Western Empire as a title now

- Fixed some issues with the Mongol division
- Tributaries now actually go with whatever section of the Mongol Empire it is appropriate for instead of forever being tributes of the Mongol Empire title

- Slightly ammended Genghis Khan's starting family when he forms (to make it more accurate)
- Increased the likelyhood that the Golden Horde and Ilkhanate will not submit to Yuan rule upon the Division of the Mongol Empire
- Fixed issues regarding invading China and dynasty names not changing

- The Ilkhanate now only has a chance to spawn a small number of extra troops when the Mongol Empire divides as opposed to whole armies like the other Khanates (to compensate for the fact that the Ilkhanate has Feudal troops whereas the other Khanates, all being Nomads, do not)
