v0.7 - Update

Some minor updates to show we are still alive.

- Revised the United Kingdom Focus Tree
- Added Sardinian Focus Tree
- Added a unified Italy option
- Added Zulu & Boer
- Added and modified generals for some European states
- Added more historically accurate units for Denmark
- Reworked the music

Thats it for today. Due to the new updates Hearts of Iron IV had some files glitched. We are still fixing the name issue on some nations!

* Added "War Diplomacy" decisions for Ottoman/Russian Empire
* Added missing states that are newly added by Paradox in the base game.

* All references to National Unity in the mod have been removed and replaced with Stability and War Support.
