Second version

- War lance deals 180 damage (2 x sword damage) due to the fact that it needs to be on a running mount. Durability is 200 instead of 40 as a single charge could remove 5 or more durability. The repair cost is 100 metal ingots max now, removing the pelt/obsdian requirements.
- Grappling hook seemed to be buggy if you spammed the hooks due to the fact that it doesn't consumme any ammo. I changed to way it works so it shouldn't be buggy now.

To do for next version:

- Add a way to configure the damage/repair cost of the lance in the config files.
