Gladiators now require Shrine of Myrmidia to be recruited (on account of gladiatorial combat being worshipfull to the goddess of war) + balance. Also prevents early high level spam by BP who start with Lv3 barracks.

Preliminary rebuild.

Some units have requirements switched around. Example pikemen and adventurers dont require a smithy while the fancier duellists and aventuro pikemen do.

Merchant guard and knights of the blazing sun currently unrecruitable in campaign.
