Updated for Stellaris 2.0.*

Nothing has changed about the mod proper. However Cherryh Update made the following changes to the fallen_empires_awakening.txt which had to be included:

1.) Replaced the fixed end game starting point with a reference to the new galaxy setup slider
2.) Added the destruction of Holy Worlds as a trigger for the Awakening of Fallen Empires
3.) Increased the chance of the War in Heaven by removing the 25% modifier in the second part of the random_list (which was kind of weird in the first place)
