Fixed constant, annoying error due to not having defined "units" in cfgpatches. Whoops!
Upgraded the armor to the stats of the police version of the tactical vest, making it a bit sturdier. Now it's "Armor Level II" instead of "Armor Level I", which is probably closer to an NIJ IIIA than before. Probably.
