failed unpack of vanilla assets redone to be sure

fixed typo in script that caused crash on startup due to .back files not being patched

final upload just to replace some files to see that helped with the crashing, although needles as it seems to work fine now

reupload because i forgot to unpak the vanilla assets

update of all currently listed mods and fix for Could not find "tooltipKind" to remove

Update: Oct 29, 2018 @ 1:17pm back to old stable version, this is not up to date and any updates to any of the mods in the list that have updated since may of 2018 will not have any support for new or changed armors, i'll probably have to redo everything
