Fixed the radio/observe task to become complete correctly. Tweaked exfiltrate arrows.

Added exfiltrate markers to make exfil location clearer. Added a new "Observe" task after radio. Typed "exfiltrate" correctly to exfil task description (thank you, Adzu_ for spotting and reporting that error :D)
