HOTFIX

-Fixed typo in parameters for cottage_03 that may have prevented it from spawning. Thanks to Dragon32 for pointing this out

-Disabled all new supply extract plots and parcels
-Added 4 new types of cliff PCPs (Indents)
-Added 2 new plots (1 Shanty, 1 Slums)
-Added 4 new Wilderness PCPs (Large [trees])
-Fixed overlapping objective parameters on an ABN parcel (AdventFOB)
