Fixed for build 41

- Stagger lines are now said when a zombie is hit.
- Added optional custom lines
- Changed how the lines are picked, line choice should be distributed a more evenly now.
- Added settings to change the frequency that zombies talk at in settings.lua

Solomon Grundy lines - Mori the wayward fearie

Added 'state-sensitive' lines. There are new lines that are said only when a zombie is in a specific state.
