-fixed an issue with some of the UI Canvas buttons not working correctly if you have a gamepad plugged into your PC.
-fixed a problem with not being able to pick up the megahealth after you picked it up once and it respawns.

-added start screen and game menu screens
-added ability to add bots to the match (Bot AI scripts taken from developer's creation "CTF Hills" and tweaked a little bit to work for this creation).
-added unlimited ammo toggle in the start and game menu screens
-removed Creation Tag "Multiplayer Only"

- added Scoreboard with kill limit 10
- added PlayerHud with health and score info
-Megahealth script working
-updated lifts scripts so they work better and don't get stuck anymore.

-updated and fixed for the lastest version of Modbox

I will be adding back the rocket launcher and grenades that will be coming back to Modbox eventually. Or make my own one day.

-set locomotion speed to 160%

-Simplified the wiring on the raising platforms (this should prevent them from getting stuck in the raised position)

-fixed all climbables in the level
