To commemorate the earlier release of Eldigan of Nordion by TheMH06 and I (Link: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1286989772), I have revamped the Dominion to be a bit more interesting and mirror Eldigan's design a bit more, since they DO belong to the Agustrian nation, after all.
Changes include a new UB, reworked UA to not be just Russia's UA and a new range of custom dialogue!

Updated VFS file which should stop some errors people have been getting from occurring

Changed the Baron to the Appoint Baron building and made the Baron stick to that UB.
Major Art update

Patch buffing the Baron's so that they now have a short range attack too (as some of the Baron's in the game can wield magic as well), against units with Cover, it still might be beneficial to attack in melee though

As suggested, the Baron now has 3 mov, as well as a higher production cost. Also gave him a slight increase in combat strength.
