Fixed the missing texture problem

The long-overdue update that brings the map up to date with the original version + some embellishments.

-added many more AI nodes for ground NPCs

-added cleaner textures to some interiors

-re-added the underground canal thing


-(fixed) players can no longer physgun the doors or dynamic props

-(fixed) yellow skybridge is now properly aligned with the world

-(fixed) no more missing decals


-soundscape adjustments

-removed even more reflections

-removed the useless unfinished hotel interior

-many optimizations
