When aiming with the Fae Wand, all bullets would shoot in a very narrow line, making the damage unbearable at times, and when not aiming, the spread was much too wide, making it practicaly useless not to aim.
Aimed Shot: Accuracy value while aiming has been increased from 2 to 4
Wide Shot: Accuracy value while not aiming has been decreased from 15 to 9

The bullets that the Fae Wand shot were very slow, making it feel uncomfortable to use. Enemies moved around too much, making this only reliable at close ranges, where you would be able to hit them without them moving. I've increased bullet speed to make it feel better to use.
