- Shortened any preview strings which were larger than 4 characters, since the UI scroll effect was driving me crazy.

- Also added tags to the mod. Only been modding for two years to discover how to finally get around the modkit bug for tagging.

Surprise update for 2019

- Changed the default ranks a little.
- Added Psi Operative ranks
- Added the code for Hero Classes (disabled by default)

- Removed 'Specialist' Rank and replaced with 'Fighter'

- Moved Veteran and Shocktrooper Ranks around.

- Corrected an error in the ReadMe instructions. Updated Thumbnail and media.
