Resistance Warfare Ranks WOTC

This mod changes the default soldier ranks in XCOM War of the Chosen.


Consider these ranks an alternative to being a paramilitary force. What would your operative be known as in a futuristic movement - A Resistance Ghost? A Resistance Captain? Perhaps just a Legend...

New ranks are as follows:


By default, the custom Hero class ranks in the screenshots are disabled. They instead use the same as XCOM.

If you want to enable them, follow the instructions below.



Navigate to this mod's install folder within your Steam directory:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1123970618\Localization

Open XcomGame.int with Notepad and change the titles as you wish. Make sure you keep the quotation marks.

To enabled disabled entries, simply remove the semi-colon from the line start.

The mod has a light one-time script which will apply your new Rank names when loading the game.



Any other mod which sets rank titles may over-ride this one.

If you uninstall mid-campaign, then the Ranks will simply revert to vanilla.
