Turians should now be able to speak voice lines normally.

They are also now eligible to be targeted by the Chosen for capture or extraction.

Switching to the Turian Rookie class in the character pool should now properly switch heads.

Mandibles and crests can now be left blank.

Added an option to use the invisible head in customization, if it's still needed to revert something.
