• Added new settings for the Katzenartig Imperium: "Kaiser's Wild Ride" and "The Stellarite Kaiser", which drastically increase the difficulty of the crisis.
• Kaiser's Wild Ride increases their estimated fleet power by about 200% (Starting fleets will have about 70k FP).
• The Stellarite Kaiser increases their estimated fleet power by about 1200% (Starting fleets will have about 1M FP), intended for use with really powerful mods.
• Kaiser Moon is replaced with special Stellarite Kaiser Moon when The Stellarite Kaiser is enabled.
• Stellarite Attack Moon can also be reverse-engineered and later built. Extremely powerful, rivals a Planetcraft for a fraction of the price.
• Katzens get fancy name when Stellarite Kaiser is enabled
