• To prevent fuckery with powerful ACOT FEs, Stellarite Kaiser will no longer declare war on them at the beginning of the galactic crusade. He might however still attack them later on, if he grows powerful enough.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.4.1:

Megastructure Changes:
• Special projects when an attack moon/planet are destroyed have been removed, instead they will now spawn a megastructure where the vessel died, which can be restored by the system owner.

Miscellaneous Changes:
• The Kaiser will no longer build Orbital Arcologies around Ringworld Segments.
• Rendering Flusion uninhabitable will now properly end the crisis.
• Red toxic worlds are now actually terraformable
• AI now has better weights when deciding what to terraform lifeless planets to.
• The red toxic terraforming modifier will now remain on the planet until it is terraformed.

Version 3.4.0 Hotfix 6:

• Fixed Stellarite Kaiser Moon model.
• Gilly is now a Barren World to prevent it from being shrank by Katzen Warforges, which in turn made its size negative and led to it growing indefinitely.
