- "Efficiency" manufacturing policy effect has been changed. Now it's simply reduces the quantity of Minerals needed to produce Volatile Motes, Rare Crystals and Exotic Gases.

- Added new Civic - "Master Engineer" (industrialist/pacifist) - increases construction speed and engineering research, Cities provide more Housing and Amentites.

- Minor bug fixing.

Fixed the bug with Spiritualist faction being mad about robotic Ascension.

I'm keeping on digging into the Ecology stuff.

My previous changes to "Keepers of Harmony" - making them benefit from plantary Blockers instead of clearing them - was a step into right direction, but it was unfinished.

Now I made that all 3 ecologist Civics would benefit from Blockers, but in a different way:

1. Environmental Economy (ecologist) - gain some Housing and worker jobs, depending on the type of the blocker (miners - from Mountain Range, farmer - from Dense Jungle and such). They also gain some resources on clearing the blockers.

2. Ecological Engineers (ecologist-materialist) - gain Housing and special scientist jobs, like Geo-physicist and Xeno-biologist.

3. Keepers of Harmony (ecologist-spiritualist) - gain Housing and special priest jobs - Druid, which produce Unity, reduce Crime and increase Pop Growth (meaning they also act like Healers). Additionally, they might gain some Happiness from rare and special environmental blockers, such as Migrating/Wandering Forest or Titanic Life.

Nerfed "Machine Cult" civic. Now Techno-priests no longer assembly robots themselves, but only reduce their upkeep.
