Mitsuko is a hard character to develop logic for, due to being a powerhouse character with a lot of headbutts, but also agile enough to do Frankensteiners and handsprings. Half of her moveset contradicts itself for any given style, but she's not specialized to either finish matches quickly or avoid getting gassed early.

She'll go through major logic changes before I'm satisfied with how her matces play out.
